We use a 17-cubic-yard trailer, which is about the size of a large box truck. When we provide an estimate, we visually assess how much of the trailer your items will fill. The less space your junk takes up, the less you pay. It’s that simple.

Pricing is based on:

• Volume of Junk

We charge depending on how much space your items occupy in our trailer — from as little as 1/8 of a load to a full truck.

• Type of Materials

Certain materials (like concrete or exceptionally heavy debris) may involve additional labor or disposal fees — but we’ll tell you upfront.

• Location of Items

We remove junk from anywhere on your property — inside, outside, upstairs, or in tight corners. No extra fees for heavy lifting or tricky access.

• Disposal Requirements

We follow proper recycling and disposal rules, including for electronics, mattresses, appliances, and more. If special handling is needed, we’ll let you know in advance.
